Betty, the Blackie i feed at work!!! And her newly fledged baby xxx

Betty comes every day for her apple, and did a bit of sunbathing today...

They look so funny when doing this xxx ..

A bit more sunbathing, before.....

I realise that she has brought her newly fledged youngster for some apple...

who was squalking ALOT!! and seemed to get a fair few mouthfulls of apple!! Bless xxxxxx

The Blackbirds were sunbathing in my garden a couple of days ago, they do look funny :)

Welcome to my garden

Hi, my name is karen. I live in worcestershire in a little cottage, with a very little garden! It is the first garden i have had of my own, so im very proud of it! It has allowed me to do my little bit for wildlife, which i have always been very interested in. I love all animals and wildlife. So i am happy to be providing for the birds in my garden, i find it fascinating! I dont get all the birds i would like, but who does!!! My garden is my haven, my escape from the stresses of work! I have a very busy and stressful , but rewarding job in hair replacement, where i look after people who are losing their hair, and we also do alot of work with children with cancer etc, so it can be quite traumatic! so its good to be able to switch off in my garden! I hope to bring you all lots of pics of my birds, so i hope you continue to view my blog. Thankyou all for your interest, karen x
