Was lovely to see this baby dove, with his parents...


Hes very sweet! ...and was following his mum around, bless him x...



His neck looks really scrawny!!!...




The sturks have started on the fat foods now....

I was sat in the garden today, when this jackdaw landed on my weathervane.....i think he looks lovely...

This picture amuses me..Mrs Blackie decided to drink from a tiny puddle of water...instead of the birdbath!! xxxx ......



and Mr Blackie is really stuffing his beak to feed his babies xxx.....




..and the greenfinches were here again today!!! Ive never had them come to my garden as regular as they are now, so im very happy xxxx

Im very pleased that i'm having regular visits from the Greenfinches...

...and the woodies are always here....

..and once again, the Songthrush came ...actually i saw 2 together today, so was well pleased xxx

I have been very pleased to see the Songthrush returning!! I havent seen it for weeks x..


Im hoping he has babies to feed, and that i may get to see them!!!! ..



I think the colouring of the Sturks is incredible!!!




...they look stunning at the moment xxx....





These Greenfinches seem to be quite regular visitors this last week..hope they keep coming xxx

The Blackies are gathering lots of worms for their young, i cant believe the amount some of them have in their beaks x ...

I think the jackdaws always look so beautiful...

Advice on my Forsythia please x

I think this is 'Forsythia'???? Thats what ive been told anyway!!! I would like some advice on when is best to cut it back, as it gets very boisterous when the leaves appear!!! Ive been cutting it when it gets wild, but im not sure whether there are the 'Right' times of year to do this?? Thankyou x
