Todays birdies x

The blackies are enjoying my new wall feeder!!! ...Its free of snow, so thats got to be a good thing!!! ....


The garden was full of birdies today....



Fieldfares wer here all day....enoying the apples and pears!!!....




and the redwings were here too....being very brave and getting close to the fieldfares, who were chasing them off!!!....xxx

I feel so sorry for our feathered friends, having to deal with these horrendously challenging
days and nights xxx Im just glad that i can do my bit to help.....The song thrush has become quite a regular!!! Such a beautiful bird xxx

This blackie was just sat up there for ages!!!..

and the jackdaws were enjoying their food!!! x .....





..and my little robin was desperately trying to get to the fairy cake in the feeder!! I put some down on the ground too, but he just perched himself on the trellis/clematis!!! xxx

Im just getting over the shock of having a redwing in my garden!! And today, i had these Fieldfares turn up!! ....,


im over the moon, this weather is really bringing some excitement into my garden ..



They chased off the blackies!!!..

Birdies in the snow x

I just ADORE my little wagtail ...


such a beautiful little bird ...



I felt sorry for them, as the snow covered their food!! ..




and mr blackie was sat looking for his food!...





..and just before the snow fell this morning, the redwing appeared again, and sat happily with the blackies and sturks!!! Im so pleased xxxx

My first EVER Redwing x

I was stunned to see this beauty in my garden this morning....


Im so excited!!! It looks very round and fluffy!!...



..and it sat with the blackie for a while xxx

I was so happy to see my blue tit come so close to the house!!! Maybe hes getting used to me xxx
