Birdies in the snow x

I just ADORE my little wagtail ...

such a beautiful little bird ...

I felt sorry for them, as the snow covered their food!! ..

and mr blackie was sat looking for his food!...

..and just before the snow fell this morning, the redwing appeared again, and sat happily with the blackies and sturks!!! Im so pleased xxxx

Lovely photos again Karen, so pleased the Redwing has visited you again and the Wagtail is beautiful, perhaps mine will come back today as we have heavy snow here again as I suspect you do too.

Welcome to my garden

Hi, my name is karen. I live in worcestershire in a little cottage, with a very little garden! It is the first garden i have had of my own, so im very proud of it! It has allowed me to do my little bit for wildlife, which i have always been very interested in. I love all animals and wildlife. So i am happy to be providing for the birds in my garden, i find it fascinating! I dont get all the birds i would like, but who does!!! My garden is my haven, my escape from the stresses of work! I have a very busy and stressful , but rewarding job in hair replacement, where i look after people who are losing their hair, and we also do alot of work with children with cancer etc, so it can be quite traumatic! so its good to be able to switch off in my garden! I hope to bring you all lots of pics of my birds, so i hope you continue to view my blog. Thankyou all for your interest, karen x
